Dogs & Omnipathie :) The days were loooong, boooooring and painful... but as the pain decreases I was able to get dogs tired with home-trainings at least. But favourite thing for them: cuddling... especially Bayou - closely followed by Shakina. Florida was most of all happy that she can watch television the whole day long ;) But now my leg gets better and better every day, so action program can be raised slowly :) I love my dogs ❤
...can change so much. There we are... running on Donauinsel, making some photos, having fun,... one wrong step in the high grass into a holwe and you are on the way to hospital with pulled ligaments in the ankle. At least it hasn't been broken or anything worse, but all our plans for the next weeks are cancelled. Thanks to so many people I had so much help with daily life & shopping and of course with the dogs!! THANK YOU SO MUCH :-*
Flori managed to run 2 clean runs at 2nd Mix & Breed Cup and with a 4th and a 2nd place we got 3rd in combination and 2nd in cup ranking after 2/3 competitions. :)
It was a very special weekend - not perfect at all but very interesting.
It was the first time for me to start at Stadl-Paura on sand (and for Flori as well of course).
It was the first time for Flori to be confronted with many horses around (and ist was a big challenge).
With a dog like Flori it was a big surprise she did pretty well in the agility courses even with the horses and other dogs around in that little hall. Our runs were far beyond really good, but beside our 2 DIS we managed two courses this weekend and get at least 3 points for the WM endqualification, so not as bad as supposed :) Some parts were quite good so we will train and work hard to do better in 4 weeks :)
J-Open Saturday: 1 refusal and time faults, place 44 / A-Open Sunday: 0 faults, place 26, 3 WM points
Beside Agility Fun it was also the first time for Bayou to sleep abroad in a hotel room. And she did great my little monster. Was also really relaxed with the atmosphere, the horses and other dogs. She also met a half-sister Fiji of Austrian Starlight (Lightspeed Candy X Rising Sun dark raider), almost 3 years old.
So in conclusion: It was an interesting weekend but I am glad we are back healthy and it's over ;)
PS: No videos this time as only the two DIS were filmed ^^
